Frequently Asked Questions for Paraiso Weddings
Available for 30 guests and up, including the marrying couple.
A minimum of eleven rooms is required, with each booked for at least three nights.
- For weddings at Hotel Xcaret Arte or Mexico, at least 80% of the wedding guests must stay for a minimum of three nights during the room block dates.
- Weddings at La Casa de la Playa require the couple and all guests to stay for a minimum of three nights during the room block dates.
- 11 Rooms for 3 nights each from Sunday to Thursday.
- 20 Rooms for 3 nights for Friday Weddings.
- 25 Rooms for 3 nights for Saturday Weddings.
Confirmation of the wedding date depends on the number of rooms reserved and the availability of both rooms and venues.
Ceremony, cocktail, and reception spaces are assigned at the hotel where most guests are staying. Venue selection depends on availability and capacity of the chosen hotel.
The ceremony service is available in Spanish and English. Additional costs will apply for translation services into other languages.
Services not included in the wedding packages, such as flowers, décor, and entertainment, are quoted separately from authorized suppliers and may incur additional costs. If you choose a different supplier, a vendor fee will be added to your wedding balance.
A deposit and a signed room contract are required before sending the wedding package contract. The suggested venues will be tentatively reserved for up to 10 days while the room confirmation process is completed.
