Downloaded proof of purchase (coupon) and official ID for all visitors (including infants) must be shown at the park’s entrance or pick-up locations.
Children from 5 to 11 years old pay 25% off the Adult ticket price (must show ID at the ticket office of the park)
Child Policy: Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the park. Only in case the child does not present a valid official ID, price entrance will depend on his height. Children: From 3.2 ft (1 m) to 4.5 ft (1.40 m). Children over 4.5 ft (1.40 m) but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age at the park’s ticket booths. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.
Certain park activities are not recommended if you suffer from a heart condition, fear of heights, back pain; or if you are recovering from a recent surgery or if you get dizzy easily.
For the Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft (1.10 m). The minimum weight required is 88 lbs (40 kg) and a maximum of 300 lbs (136 kg). The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 47 in (120 cm) and 25 in (65 cm) for the legs. In the case of children, the harness must fit properly and have a minimum height of 3.6 ft (1.10 m). If it doesn’t, for their own safety, they won’t be able to perform the activity.
Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees.
Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the booking date and / or no shows are nonrefundable.
Based on the cancellation request date, the remaining amount will be credited back into the XSN E-Wallet or credited back into the payment method used.

DO NOT DO PHOTO PACKAGING AT BEGINNING. We spent about $180 for full photo package with 360 video. We are missing photos and got some of other people. The 360 video was horrible looking. Glad I took from my phone. You're better off choosing what pictures you like at the end because we disliked 90% of them.Everything else was amazing fun! My partner and I did the ATV twice it was so much fun. We also did the hammock zipline twice. The rafting in the caves was fun and cool just prepare for a lot of arm workouts. The cave walks were long but we loved it. The general zipline is a 30 minute wait line and a lot of stairs so prepare for that. That experience is about an hour so keep track of time but worth it. The fire zipline isn't anything like the brochure and you barely see it in the photos but again nice experience to zipline at night. The buffet dinner was really good. We had ribs, bone marrow, tacos and all kinds of sides. We spent too much time on doing some rides twice that we missed the slide and swim but still had a great time. We left our hotel at 4:15pm and got back 12:30am.

This place was wonderful!! Everything we tried was great. I highly recommend the underwater cave walk, it was sooo neat and my fav! The zip lines were cool but be aware, there's lots of stairs and walking in the route. Bathrooms were clean and the food was good too. This place was better than I ever expected. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth the money to check it out! Nice job Xcaret!

We have travelled to Xplor 3 times before from the UK, but this was our first at night Fuego!*Update 2024* - water slide is open and awesome. During late June the storm and heavy rain caused flooding and it had to be closed (like a couple of the water zips) so check before going if this is one of the main things you want to do HOWEVER still a great park, our favourite!- 2023 -We wanted to experience the activities in the dark so arrived around 7pm (June), but to be honest it was a rush to complete Zip, ATV's Hammock splash and eat (Wow - the food is better than day time, and that's excellent 👍).Plan you visit well. No mosquito bites but use spray and do the dry stuff first.No hats or caps allowed, no selfie stick of any kind of Zips, but small 6" floating one are ok on ATV's and Cenotes. Mobile and cash etc can be kept on you with a good quality water proof pouch round your neck (at your risk!).I took GoPro and used a Velcro Helmet strap through the holes and this was accepted, again at own risk.Kids - there was a father with a young boy and girl behind us (about 7 and 9 yes) just big enough and they loved it.You do a different loop for ATVs at night about 5Km / 30 mins and it's great in the dark. You can't drive with flip- flops (sliders) but water shoes etc are great so go with some (300 peso / £15) you keep these on during the zip lines too :).The Zips - there are 7 lines over two circuits MAKE SURE YOU DO BOTH. It's easy to exit and remove the harness after just 3.Food - Go there hungry, for get the chips (Fries!) Go for the BBQ Rib, steak and.... Well you'll see. The pasta and salads are excellent though, fresh clean and awesome.Showers and changing. You get one SMALL LOCKER, so only take the minimum with you eh. A small towel each to shower with, gel and hair brush (for wife!) Dry shorts and shirt, the aforementioned water shoes. Tak plastic bags x3 to put wet stuff in. Go to the upstairs lockers and the showers are communal round the outside edge, and changing rooms inside that circle - you'll work it out. We bought online and used a taxi from Playacar - no problems 350 peso each way.Enjoy!

It's an amazing place, you have to get there early to really take advantage of each of the activities! The slide, zip line and aquamatization are the best!!Check the height of your little one, minimum 1.20m to use certain attractions!!If you don't like adventure, it's better not to go! Since 90% of the place is adventures and it's about enjoying!

This is by far the most affordable adventure for a very decent price that includes 5 activities and lunch. Its a great way to spend half the day when your getting bored lounging at the resort. Highly recommended

Just a great day with family as has something for everyone. We started with zip lining and rafts. Kids loved the rafting in the underground cenotes. Hydration and lunch buffer is well setup and spread for everyone’s taste. Go prepared to explore and take part in all the adventures as time flies by as we didn’t do them all. No need to do separate any denote tours either.

Thrills, Adventure, and Unforgettable Moments at Xplor!Our day at Xplor was an absolute adrenaline rush, and our group of four had a blast navigating the various activities! From heart-pounding zip lines to off-road amphibious vehicle rides, the park delivered on its promise of excitement.While paddle rafting proved challenging for me, the other activities more than made up for it. A tip for future visitors: invest in the photo package at the entrance – it's a worry-free way to capture all your action-packed moments. It would be even better if they included the videos in the package rather than selling them as part of a higher tier.The lunch buffet was a delightful surprise – the food was amazing, and the staff across the park were not only wonderful but also incredibly helpful. We felt safe on every ride, adding to the overall positive experience.For future adventurers, I recommend starting your day with the exhilarating zip lines in the morning. Tackle all the circuits before moving on to the off-road amphibious vehicles. Opt for an early lunch, preferably before noon, to beat the crowds. Then, spend the remainder of the day enjoying the fantastic water activities.Xplor can be visit in one day for thrill-seekers, and with a bit of strategic planning, you're in for an unforgettable day of adventure!

We visited this park at the end of September so we got experience this park to the fullest! There were little to no lines at any of the attractions here, we got to do every attraction at least twice.The entire park was so beautiful and amazing, I’m truly at a loss of words!- Buffet here was delicious. So many different items that were so amazing here so I cannot name them all, you just have to check it out and try them- The entire staff here was very helpful and friendly- Both zip lining courses were amazing- The ATV were an amazing experience. There’s two courses here, one of them is definitely way better than the other- The underwater caves left me at a loss of words. They were so beautiful- The hammock zip lining was cool. Nothing compared to the actual zip liningI’ll definitely be coming back to this park!

Absolutely worthwhile experience! All the activities were fun but I especially liked the zip lining, as you go through many different courses and eventually land to a water area.I really liked that the had two areas where you can have refreshments and cookies, and the buffet restaurant too. Provided a nice resting area before going with the next activity.One thing to note, they have restrictions on the sunscreen you can use, so be wary of that as they will take it and hold on to it while you're there.

Highly Recommended!! My visit lasted around 5 hours, and I must say it was time well spent. There's ample parking, and getting tickets was a breeze. Food and drinks were included in the price of the ticket, which is a fantastic bonus. Additionally, lockers are available to store your items, making it convenient and worry-free.One piece of advice: make sure to walk with your water shoes!! If you forget them, don't worry; some are available for purchase onsite.Overall, it was an amazing experience!
