Single Room (1 adult): $1,886 USD
Shared Room (2 adults): $3,152 USD
All registered participants receive full access to the yoga retreat, including hosted yoga sessions and wellness-oriented group programming led by ACME Yoga.
Participation in yoga sessions is optional; access is included for all registered guests.

How the trip becomes official
- Participants register to reserve their spot.
- Deposits are collected to secure booked rooms.
- Once 18 booked rooms with paid deposits are secured before the Trip Cutoff Date, the trip is officially confirmed.
- Written Trip Confirmation is sent to all participants.
- Airfare should only be booked after written confirmation is issued.

- Final payment: Remaining balance due before departure

ACME Yoga is a local yoga studio dedicated to mindful movement, wellness, and community-based practice. This retreat is led by ACME Yoga’s experienced instructors and designed for students and guests looking to relax, reconnect, and practice in a supportive group environment.
Hotel Resort Discounts LLC serves as the official travel and logistics partner, handling accommodations, payments, transportation, and participant coordination.
Frequently Asked Questions
The retreat proceeds once a minimum of 18 booked rooms with paid deposits is secured before the Trip Cutoff Date.

After this date:

In that case:
All payments made directly to Hotel Resort Discounts will be refunded in full.
Airfare, travel insurance, or third-party services booked independently are not included in refunds.
Before the Trip Cutoff Date:
You may cancel and receive a refund of the Amount Paid minus a 15% administrative fee.
After the Trip Cutoff Date:
All payments become 100% non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered only if your booked room is successfully resold, at the sole discretion of the Agency.

If the originally advertised instructor becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Agency’s control, the retreat will proceed as scheduled.

Modified programming
Alternative resort-facilitated wellness activities
Such substitutions do not constitute cancellation and do not entitle participants to refunds.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
The Agency does not sell or administer travel insurance policies. Participants are responsible for securing their own coverage if desired.
