Co-Host a Yoga Retreat in Mexico

Hotel Resort Discounts organizes and coordinates the travel logistics for the retreat, including registration, payments, participant communication, and resort coordination.
The co-host leads the yoga or wellness programming and helps promote the retreat to their community.

The co-host designs and leads the yoga or wellness experience during the retreat. This typically includes two to three sessions during the trip, providing a simple itinerary for the retreat schedule, and helping create a welcoming group atmosphere for participants.

No. Hotel Resort Discounts manages the administrative and travel coordination aspects of the retreat, including:

• participant registration
• payment processing
• lodging coordination
• traveler communications
• basic trip logistics

This allows the co-host to focus on leading the experience.

If the retreat does not reach the required group size by the cutoff date, the trip may not proceed.
There are no upfront costs and no financial penalties for the co-host.

Once the retreat confirms, the co-host receives one hosted guest room for the duration of the trip (subject to resort availability).

Additional referral incentives may apply based on confirmed participant bookings.

Flights and personal travel expenses remain the responsibility of the co-host.

Referral incentives are calculated based on confirmed bookings that are attributed to the co-host’s unique referral code, which participants can enter during registration.

Example structure:

• $60 per booking for the first 1–4 referrals
• $80 per booking for 5–9 referrals
• $100 per booking for 10+ referrals

Only bookings that complete all required payments qualify.

Participants may come from:

• the co-host’s audience or community
• Hotel Resort Discounts marketing efforts
• a combination of both

There is no requirement that all participants come from the co-host’s audience.

The co-host receives one standard guest room at the host resort for the duration of the retreat, including the resort’s standard all-inclusive amenities.

Flights and other travel costs are not included.

If the co-host becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, a replacement instructor or alternative programming may be approved so the retreat can proceed.

Yes. All participants must agree to the Agency’s Terms & Conditions and Travel Waiver & Release of Liability before participating in the retreat.

No. Many successful retreats are hosted by independent instructors or small studios. The most important factor is creating a meaningful experience and inviting your community to participate.
