Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). After you complete your mid payment, we’ll email you a link to submit your flight details. We’ll then schedule your round-trip airport transfers and send pickup instructions. If your flight changes, reply to that email with your updated information so we can adjust your transfer.
Yes — solo travelers, couples, friends, and families are welcome. Just list your guests on the registration form so we place you correctly (subject to resort occupancy policy).
You can note these during registration. We’ll share them with the resort and request accommodations as available. Final availability and fulfillment are determined by the resort.
Cancellation terms vary by room setup and date. Please review the Terms & Conditions before making any payment. Your deadlines and any fees will also appear in your confirmation email. If you need to cancel or change guests, reply to your confirmation email and we’ll assist.
