Once you share your preferred dates, we reach out to our partner hotels to request their group quotes. Each resort sends us pricing, perks, group requirements, and free-room details for your exact dates. We then organize everything into a simple comparison deck so you can easily review all your options and choose the resort you like best.

Not always. Many resorts offer a free room once you reach 11 rooms, but some require a higher number — for example, 15 or even 20 rooms.
Your comparison deck clearly lists the requirements of each resort so you know exactly what each one offers before deciding.

We do. We coordinate directly with the resort’s sales team to gather quotes, ask questions, request perks, and confirm availability. You don’t need to contact the hotels yourself.

Usually 2–5 business days, depending on the resort’s response time and season. As soon as all quotes are in, we put together your deck and share it with you to review.

That’s completely fine.
If you want multiple options — for example, different locations or different resort styles — we can request quotes from several partner hotels at once.
Your comparison deck will include each resort side by side so you can compare pricing, perks, and requirements at a glance.

Your retreat is considered set once you choose a resort and they confirm availability for your dates. After that, we open registration and begin organizing payments, room assignments, and logistics for your participants.

• 11 rooms (depending on resort, sometimes it’s more rooms): You receive a hosted stay at the resort plus roundtrip airport transfer.

• 12+ rooms: Hosted stay + transfer + we also cover your roundtrip flight (1 person only).

• 13+ rooms: Everything above, plus we start paying you $100 USD for each additional participant after the 12th.

You invite your community — students, clients, friends. We provide a shareable booking link and we manage the rest: payments, confirmations, and coordination with the resort.

Once you choose your resort, we:

• Create your registration page

• Set up the payment system

• Handle bookings and room assignments

• Manage all participant questions

• Coordinate with the hotel on your behalf

You can focus on teaching — we handle the rest.
