The Agency acts solely as a facilitator between users and third-party travel suppliers, including hotels, resorts, and booking platforms. The Agency does not own, operate, manage, or control hotels, resorts, airlines, transportation providers, or other third-party suppliers.

These Terms govern general website use and standard hotel bookings only, unless otherwise stated.

2. Booking & Payment (Standard Hotel Bookings)

All hotel bookings made through the website are subject to availability and pricing provided by third-party suppliers. The Agency does not guarantee accuracy of rates, availability, or services supplied by third parties.

Prices shown at checkout are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and hotel policies. Resort fees or local charges may be payable directly to the hotel.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when a confirmation email is issued. Users are responsible for reviewing confirmation details and reporting discrepancies promptly.

Failure to receive confirmation does not constitute confirmation.

4. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies are determined solely by the hotel or third-party supplier. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties.

Refunds, if applicable, follow supplier policies and timelines.

5. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply, including taxes, resort fees, gratuities, or local surcharges, which are the responsibility of the traveler.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Agency makes no representations regarding hotel quality, safety, or suitability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency is not liable for damages arising from third-party services.

Maximum liability, if any, is limited to amounts paid directly to the Agency for the applicable booking.

7. Group Trips, Hosted Retreats & Special Travel Programs

Participation in group trips, hosted retreats, instructor-led experiences, or coordinated group travel is governed by separate, trip-specific agreements, which may include:
