- food - many restaurants and buffets have a lot of variety but the quality of food is quite inconsistent. Room service food was definitely the worst. Zen and the Market were our favorites.
- sometimes staff don’t understand English well which is ok! But then they will just say yes to your question even though they’re wrong lol

Late writing a review, we travelled end of October. Weather was perfect, room fabulous, comfy bed. We had a couple hiccups early in trip that were sorted out quickly once brought to their attention. Our concierge Mar was amazing, kind, sweet, friendly and super efficient and understanding. We had some family health issues that started at home early in our trip and we were distracted and maybe sometimes a little on edge from stress getting stuff sorted out and waiting for news. Fav dinners were at the Italian and the Steak (went to both twice) I could rate some other meals not as high but hey I wasn't cooking and if you don't like it, well, can always stop and get a snack anywhere else or order room service! We spent most of our time at the Legendary Pool, the music and vibe were perfect for us as we weren't into crazy loud and busy that week. Angel and David the pool concierges were amazing to us. All the waiters too, I wish I had not been so distracted at the time and written more names down, but Pedro was fantastic to us. Guillermo was the bartender most days and made awesome drinks ! There's always little things that go wrong but the staff all went out of their way to fix them. We even saw whales and watched some beautiful weddings on the beach from the pool!
Truly an awesome experience. Fantastic rooms, customer service, and food. I truly appreciated ease of check in and check out, friendliness of the staff, quality and size of rooms, numerous pools to choose from, and best of all - no need to fuss over dinner reservations. Our concierge (we were rock royalty) ensured we had absolutely everything we needed and were so friendly and kind. Big thank you to Bicri Wanderley and Mar! You are the best. Also special thanks to Ismael and Cristopher who served us at the adults only pool (Rhythm). You both made our stay and days at the pool fabulous with your amazing customer service and friendly smiles. We will definitely be back to this resort:

This is my first ever review of a resort that me and my wife have stayed at but I felt compelled to let people know of our expererince this time. Me and my wife have been going to all inclusives yearly since we got married over a decade ago. No all inclusive is perfect but this hard rock seems to be one of the worst we have stayed. First with the good. The hotel is clean and probably has some of the nicest staff we have encountered at an all inclusive. Every staff member was freindly and attentive. Food could vary from restraunt to restraunt but in my opinion was above average. Drinks were ok for an all inclusive. Now for some of the bad. When we arrived check in fast and easy. Someone will approach you with staff attire and tell you they are there to welcome you there and tell you about the resort. They are there to upsell you to be a legendary member and make you attend a sales breakfast. You have to decline multiple times. I seen it happen to other people several times after we declined to participate. We booked a rock royalty room because we stayed at other Hard Rock resorts and enjoyed the benefits we have recieved. If you are considering this here DO NOT DO IT. Absolutley no extra benefits at this location. There is no lounge like you would think just a business center. We were supposed have special staff assigned to us but did not hear from them until our third day. The room was on the seventh floor and for most of our stay had sewege smells on the outside while walking to and from our room and a few times on our balcony. The biggest problem out of our whole experience which pushed me over the edge to write this review is the hot water situation. When you wake up there is no hot water. Me and my wife have had to let the water run in the morning for 30 to 40 minutes for a luke warm shower!!!! No exaggeration i timed it. When we would tell them about our issue they would send maintenence and they would check it and say its fixed but the next morning the same thing. We would tell our rock royalty staff and they would say they would address it but it never got resolved . A couple of them dissappeard and stopped responding. I believe its a known issue that they either refuse to or simply can't resolve. While the staff and Cabo is awesome we will never return to this resort.

I spent 4 nights in the Hard Rock Los Cabos and it was awesome! I am a pretty big critic when it comes to All Inclusive vacations as I do not always feel the food is as good and service could be better! However I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived all of my expectations were exceeded. First and foremost we were in a Rock Royalty room which had a beautiful full ocean view, but also I was assigned a Butler by the name of Bicri Wanderley. Bicri came to meet us during check in and took the time to ensure us that he would take care of everything so we could just enjoy our time at the resort. He checked in daily and scheduled dinners, massages and even coffee and warm bread to be delivered in the morning. The service of the staff at each restaurant was also top notch! Service was impeccable, friendly and the food was delicious! We also saw whales out in the ocean and witnessed a baby turtle release on the beach!! I would highly recommend this resort with one exception that there is not a swimmable beach and transportation to one can be pricey, but that is pretty common in Cabos. Thank you again to Bicri and all the staff for making our trip so amazing.
This was my first trip as a “Hall of Fame” guest with my friends and we could not ask for a better staff!!! From checking in to checking out, everything was very smooth. Jonathan and Raúl were our butlers and curated a perfect day! Anything we asked for they did. They were even nice enough to book my transportation back to the airport for me! Vivan, Katy, and Lorie were like best friends built into our trip! They were always welcoming us with games, water aerobics, or the main shows! Jose and Hugo were our favorite waiters!!! There were so many great peopleI didn’t get to remember their names but I hope to see everyone again on my next trip!
We enjoyed our stay! Jonathan and Raul were so helpful and kind. They made sure all our activities were reserved and got us the best seats in the house for the shows!! Katy and Lore were so much fun to see at all the nightly activities! We had a blast at Karaoke, Loteria, and Trivia with them!!! Lastly our waiters at Toro, Hugo and Jose were phenomenal. They were funny and made sure we got the fullest eating experience! I could not imagine a better stay!
We had a great time and awesome service. Ted Lima was our concierge and was very helpful and very attentive to our needs and with arranging whatever we needed or wanted during our stay. All of the staff there were very helpful and friendly. We never wanted for anything. We look forward to returning to Cabo or another Hard Rock destination very soon. We were also able to pre-arrange transportation to and from the hotel and have an electric scooter delivered prior to our arrival arranged by Manny. It was nice knowing all this was pre-arranged, making our arrival very smooth.
My family and I went to this hotel for my cousin's wedding. Such a beautiful venue and the hotel itself was very relaxing. Lots of spaces to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Lots of restaurants to eat. The the buffet was excellent. However, I do recommend making sure that you bottled water instead of drinking the tap water served. Also make sure to bring cash or pesos to tip the wait staff. I didn't bring nearly enough and a little goes a long way for those working at the hotel. Our room concierge Rafael was excellent. So polite and helpful. Most of all he was very kind. He always made sure to check with us daily and helped organize a special birthday surprise for the bride. I can't say enough how wonderful he is.

My wife and I decided to take a short end of summer vacation. I am so glad we chose to stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived every staff member we encountered was very friendly. Once checked in, we were very happy with our room, it was clean and spacious. We had a Rock Royalty ocean view, it was as advertised. Ted Lima was attentive and provided multiple options for what to do each day. He also took care of dinner reservations and really anything else we needed, top tier concierge support! Would also like to recognize the staff at the Lyric Pool, Omar and his crew made sure we never had an empty cup! Anthony and the entertainment crew kept the day lively with events and a lot of interaction. We will be sure to return in large part to the staff!
We recently spent a wonderful week with our grown children at the Hard Rock in Cabos. JONATHAN & RAUL were so helpful. They made sure we knew what activities were available each day and helped us schedule multiple events. When one of us injured a knee, they helped us coordinate delivery of crutches. In the meantime, the resort kindly offered a wheelchair service to our meals.
JUAN, in the sales office was very personable and suggested some particular foods and restaurants in town that our group enjoyed very much.
I don’t recall the names of everyone who assisted us but the service was consistently fabulous. The coffee shop barista always greeted us warmly for our 6am cappuccinos and decaf lattes. And our kids frequently stopped for after-dinner coffees too. Our rooms were always well attended to by housekeeping and we were very comfortable.
Our only disappointment was we couldn’t get into the water at the beach. Apparently, there is a 2.7 kilometer drop off so it’s quite dangerous. There are public beaches to visit but taking a taxi gets expensive. The pools were lovely though and DANNY (& others) took very good care of us at the pool each time we were there.

This resort is beautiful, however, no where does it say that it is under construction. This is something that should be disclosed to guests prior to booking. My family and I were put in a room where it was closest to the construction and the noise started promptly at 7:30am. It was so loud coming from outside our room door and balcony windows. After MUCH back and forth, we were able to get accommodated in another room on the opposite side of the resort. As far as the amenities and what this resort has to offer, it’s family friendly and super fun. My kids enjoyed it. Diego was such a helpful person when I needed service at the pool. He went above and beyond to find me pool chairs during peak time and even brought an umbrella to where my family and I were sitting so that we would be more comfortable. He exceeded expectations, including making sure we always had a waiter check in on us for food and beverages. Seeing that there were so many people at the pool yet he was willing to check in and take care of my family and I made our experience so much better than the previous hiccups we went through at this resort. I would come back to this hotel only because my kids really enjoyed it, however, as far as for my wife and I, we wouldn’t come back just the two of us.
I had an amazing experience at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. The hotel is beautiful and the food was amazing but above all the service was absolutely top notch. I will definitely be going back. Big shout out to my concierge team of Rafael & Dustin. They went above and beyond for every single day of my stay. Was super impressed and treated me like royalty. Family vacation for group of 27, ranging in ages from 5 to 77 years. Everyone had a great time. The food options were perfect for a big group with various meal needs. The younger kids enjoyed Kids Club. Our butlers, Chetan and Edson were awesome! They took care of all the logistics so we could relax and enjoy our time at the resort. They were such a big help booking our spa appointments, excursions, and any other needs we had during our stay. Chetan and Edson were terrific!

This was a great place for our family vacation. The staff poolside were awesome and took care of us all week long. Gonzalo and Angel were super kind and especially attentive. The servers by the pools were great as well. Neto and Ramon work really hard and were always checking in on us. Eduardo and Rafael by the main pool were great also. All the bartenders were nice and friendly. My kids especially loved this vacation. Thank you to the staff for making it an amazing week!! I also wanted to add and acknowledge the Roxity Kids Club staff. They were amazing and had great activities all week long! My kids were so sad to say goodbye to them. A huge thank you to Jacky, Ashley, Andrea, Zaida, and Sonia as well!!
Loved the resort. Our assistant Ted was amazing. He even switched out chargers for me when mine broke. I told him it was my roommates birthday and he decorated the room and brought 2 bottles of champagne. The resort was great. There was different entertainment. I wish the adult pool was as fun as the main pool! The adult pool was too quiet. The room service was great and fast!
My stay at the Hard Rock was nothing short of Amazing! This hotel is beautiful and there are things there to do for everyone. The rooms were spacious and I loved the tub on the balcony. Service was exceptional. Shout out to Ted Lima and Dustin, who took care of us during our while stay. A special shout out to Ted as he made my birthday known and added a little birthday surprise in my room. Although I didn’t mind this, the hotel is a little further away than most properties and the airport so I will just add a caution there. Regardless of that they will help you plan ahead if you communicate to ensure you are on time to outside activities and transportation to and from the airport.
Resort is incredible! Ted Lima was of great help in arranging us transportation, taking care of our bookings/reservations and answering all questions we had! Also, Rhythm Pool was our favorite. The view of the beach from it was incredible! Manuel, Ruben, Santos and Pedro made our experience there one to remember! They're all very energetic, funny, engaging and we really hope we see them again when we're back! The ONLY downside to this resort was the amount of selling they do to get you to be a part of their "Legendary Club", the "sales-manager" who I can't remember his name, was rude (although Daniela was very nice) and they need an answer on whether you'll pay tens of thousands of dollars with an hour presentation within minutes of sitting down with them. It was my wife's and I anniversary, we had a bed reserved all day that we were already late for and asked if we could have 1 day to think things over. He could have cared less and overall was not pleasant to be in the presence of. I get it, it's his job, but we had just gotten to the resort less than 24 hours ago, wanted to celebrate our anniversary, and he was extremely pushy with no empathy. Not the thing you expect... after all, this is a resort for vacation to relax and have fun, not to be sold by a pushy salesman. That was the only negative. Other than that, restaurants and food quality were very very good and were impressed! All in all, amazing experience aside from the sales BS.

We recently returned from an unforgettable vacation at the Hard Rock Hotel, and one of the biggest highlights of our stay was the incredible service we received from our personal butler, Salvador.

The Hard Rock in Los Cabos is an incredible vacation spot!
We recently stayed there for a friend’s wedding and had an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and spotless throughout. The food was solid and what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort.

Daniel, the chef at ZEN, was absolutely amazing! He prepared an incredible meal for my family and me — the quality, flavor, and presentation were all outstanding. We were so impressed, we went back a second time! The service was top-notch both visits. Eric, our waiter, was also fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. All in all, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend ZEN for anyone looking for exceptional food and service!
Had a great experience at Hard Rock Cabo! What made it so great was the staff! Salvador was our personal assistant and he was amazing!! Took care of anything we needed! Very attentive, very impressed with the quality of service and friendliness he provided while we were there! I would just message him for what we wanted to do and he took care of scheduling everything for us! Even came to the pool several times to check in on us to ensure we were having a good time! Also the pool staff, JP, Luis and Joan were awesome!! We were never without took great care of us, amazing service! JP went above and beyond when I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie, he went on the hunt for bananas so I could have my smoothie! They all were very fun, upbeat and they made the atmosphere incredible!! Wasn’t a fan of the location of the hotel and how windy it was, but to have that type of service again would make me want to go back! This group made our trip experience amazing!

This was my first time visiting a Hard Rock Resort and my expectations were far exceeded! As soon as we arrived on the resort, Oscar Lopez was there ready to assist us with our check in. Through out the duration of our stay he was always around to help book chairs, cabanas or our dinner reservations. He really made being there a breeze. Mar with the concierge was very helpful with any issues/questions regarding off the resort things or excursions. Would also like to mention Kevin at the Legendary pool, his poolside service was great and very consistent! Overall, the stay was great! It was slightly windy on the resort but that was manageable. Ocean = bad, drinks = good 🙂

My wife and I booked the Rock Royalty level, and from the moment we arrived, Salvador and Rafael went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were incredibly helpful, always available, and made our entire experience smooth and relaxing. We just returned from a wonderful location at the all inclusive Hard Rock Los Cabos. We had a wonderful day there. Our room was great, it had a good view of the ocean.During our stay there, we had two excellent butlers, Chetan Phondekar and Edson Solano, who help to make our vacation memorable. They met with us daily to go over our schedule and help to arrange for dinner reservations and any excursions that we wanted to go on. We really enjoyed the sailing and whale watching. They are also very helpful in reserving seats at the shows that they had at the resort. We really enjoyed the restaurant Umo, Which served Mayan food. But all the restaurants were great. I would highly recommend if you’re going to Los Cabo to stay at the Hard Rock Cabo and try to have Chetan and Edson as your butlers

I just want to say we had the absolutely best experience at the Hard Rock in Cabo San Lucas. We got married and our entire 60 guests came with us to enjoy our special day. They catered to us every step of the way from the moment we arrived to sending us out the door. A special thanks to our amazing wedding coordinator Eddiana who went out of her way to make sure all the details were perfect. Another special thanks to concierge staff Sal and Laura that made sure if we needed anything at all they were right there! All the staff was able to get ahold of us through the WhatsApp and they were constantly messaging to check in on us. The vacation planners that set up our Cabo mar cruise. The pool staff for dealing with our craziness #reesewedding420. And our fantastic wedding planner Lindsay for the suggestion of Hard Rock. We loved our experience and it was the absolute best if anyone is ever considering a place for your wedding this is the place to be!!
We had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Cabo with our family, especially our young daughter. From start to finish, the service was top-notch—every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food really stood out compared to other resorts we've been to—lots of variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the resort itself was beautiful with plenty of pools to enjoy. We especially loved the coffee/café shop—it became a daily stop for us!
The only downside was the wind during our stay in mid-April, which made it a bit chilly at times. Also, our room on the 3rd floor was right above a nightclub, and we could hear the bass until around 2am every night, which made it tough to sleep. We went for spring break and had an amazing experience! Mar from the concierge team really made our experience an unforgettable one! She went above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt like a princess after getting hurt on our first day. She treated us like family and we were blown away with the level of service we received from her especially. Nieto, our waiter at the Eden pool also went above and beyond for us each day! He consistently made sure we had everything we needed, grabbed us extra towels without asking, and really enhanced our pool experience. Overall, this was the best experience we’ve had in Cabo thanks to the impeccable service, great food, and wonderful amenities the Hard Rock has to offer. We have been traveling to Cabo since 2017 and this was our third different resort. We will absolutely come back!!
This is a great resort with no shortage of activities. Great location right on the Pacific Ocean with whale watching right from your patio. So many great pools and dining options. Staff was great always willing to help. Danny and Ted were amazing to us always willing to help with any transport and reservations and if you have the legendary package I would recommend either of these two. I would highly recommend the hard rock in Cabo.
Danny Blood and Ted Lima from concierge made our stay! They were fantastic, and helped us maximize our stay and make it unique. Hotel is new and well done. Loud during the day with music, but calms down at night. Beautiful quiet beach, but is more windy on the pacific side. Sushi bar at Zen was great! Food is good, house wine could be improved. Loved the Hard Rock and would stay here again.
We had a great time at the Hard Rock in January. The location of the resort and its grounds were beautiful. It is a long distance from the Los Cabo’s airport and our shared shuttle took almost 2 hours to get there. Private, direct transportation is recommended. We were most impressed by all the staff members we encountered. They were always helpful and did more than expected on several occasions. We had booked a Rock Star Royalty room that included access to a concierge. Also highly recommended. Our concierge, Ted went above and beyond to be accessible and help us with enjoying our holiday to the max. Great person and very effective in his role. The food at all the restaurants was top notch and some of the best we have experienced. Our family group included younger kids who had great times with the pools and water slides as well as the kids club. We would recommend the Hard Rock Resort heartily.
First time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel and it was an amazing experience. Our room was upgraded so Salvador and Dustin were assigned as our concierge. They were very attentive and made sure that anything we needed was taken care of. Salvador and Dustin stayed in constant contact and quickly answered any questions we had. The rest of the hotel staff was just as amazing and friendly. There was plenty of activities to do at the resort so there was never anytime to be bored. This hotel also has several pools with a ton of chairs so there was never a concern about not have a lounge chair to lay on.

The Kids & Teens Club team—Sonia, Zaida, Fernanda, Andrea, Ashley, Jacky, and Ximena—was absolutely amazing. They made every moment special, and Vivin loved spending time with them. From disco night, kids’ singing, pool fun, and beach activities, he was entertained all day and always wanted to go back. We couldn’t have asked for a better team—they made the experience magical!
The hotel and food were excellent, and the service was very prompt. A few minor improvements could enhance the stay:
• Pillows and bedsheets had some back fungus-like marks, which could be taken care of.
• Zen Restaurant reservations were a bit confusing. Only the Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar require reservations, but the staff was unclear, causing multiple trips to clarify.
On the plus side, the vacation planners were incredibly helpful, and all tours conveniently picked us up from the hotel lobby. A special thanks to Julio, our photographer, who helped us capture beautiful memories!

Great hotel and friendly staff…This review is 5 years late but I was cleaning up some pictures and wanted to share. I enjoyed everything about this hotel and based on the average review I see others have enjoyed it as well. I loved the premium options for all-inclusive as I usually would not choose an all-inclusive property. All of the restaurants were great and my room very comfortable with a nice view. The location is not very close to city center but the taxi ride was not difficult and didn’t take long at all. I hope to return soon
We celebrated our 20 year anniversary for bookclub at the Hardrock Los Cabos & had a blast! The service was amazing, the hotel is extremely clean & many options for fun activities. Dustin & Salvador were our concierges and provided top notch service with a smile 😀😀 They checked on us from sunrise to sunset! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Wonderful place to stay. The food is outstanding. We will come again. They assigned us an assistant Ted who was wonderful especially when we had an issue at the spa. Giovanni at the UMO restaurant is the best waiter we have had, very professional and on top of everything!
While the resort was spectacular the customer service was terrible. I made a booking months prior and received a confirmation for 3 although when receiving my final email to pay my last balance a couple weeks prior to arrival, I was told it was only for 2 adults. I went and contacted customer care although nobody could help with the issue. I was transferred back and forth between the reservations department and the property although each said it was the others responsibility and kept transferring me on. Nobody could assist and was told that I have to pay an additional $1000 to add on another adult even though I had documentation and already paid for the 3 adults. I brought it to the receptionist attention upon check in, was told they would follow up with me although never did. I informed them again on checkout but again did not help and was told to instead follow up on my review email which I still have not received weeks later. Don’t be screwed by a company with poor customer service who is just after scamming you out of money.
I showed my confirmation email for 3 adults and still was told I have to pay an additional amount. Documentation of my reservation and it somehow suddenly changed on their end but state it was not a fault in their reservations system. Be very aware and don’t get screwed out of your money. I will never stay at a hard rock property nor recommend it to anyone I know.

My stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos was nothing short of amazing. The resort is stunning, with beautifully maintained facilities and a wide range of activities to enjoy. The food was exceptional, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
The highlight of my trip was definitely the Functional Training class at Body Rock with Andrey. It was such a fun and high-energy workout! Andrey is an outstanding instructor who made the session both challenging and enjoyable. I had an incredible time and would absolutely recommend trying his class—it’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

Had the best time ever, this resort is absolutely awesome! If you're lucky enough to have concierge service. I hope you get Ted as your concierge because he is absolutely awesome as well. There wasn't a thing Ted wasn't able to do for me. He took so much off my plate so I could just enjoy myself and relax.

It was my first time in Cabo , so first time at Hard Rock Hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you would expect. I can’t say enough about the staff! They were very attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our needs. There are a few standout members of the staff I feel like I have to mention. First off, we stayed in a Rock Royalty Room and it comes with our own personalized Rock Royalty Concierge. Our Concierge was Naomi Bustos and hands down the best asset of the hotel. She told us how things worked ( reservations,etc) , she reserved bowling times, reserved a cabana for us, scheduled a taxi for a ride into town, kept us up to date on our travel time for our transportation to the airport, and generally checked in from time to time to inquire if there’s anything we needed. Also, she scheduled housekeeping to visit our room while we were at the pool. In addition to Naomi, around the pool, Stephanie was always there helping us with towels, umbrellas and even helped decorate our cabana for my grandson’s 21st birthday party. She assembled a crew of staff to sing Happy Birthday to him and brought him a birthday cupcake. Very nice person and a wonderful touch from your staff. Also, around the pool was Felix and Sergio, they never had us wondering who was waiting on us or where was our order. Very friendly and outgoing.
We ate at all the restaurants and the food was excellent. Much better than we expected. It was a top notch vacation for me and my family.

Hotel was clean, tons of activities, great support from the staff and overall an enjoyable and carefree stay. Celebrated a 50th birthday party over a weekend with 100% occupancy and it never felt crowded or like they were at capacity. Valentin went above and beyond at breakfast to make sure we were completely happy and had everything we needed.

- as a Mexican I didn’t like the food unfortunately. The buffet wasn’t the best. The restaurants were ok. Maybe if you’re from other countries you will like it
- It’s cold! I went in summer and it was cold, they told us in that side of the hotel its usually colder.
- You can’t swim in the ocean. It’s very dangerous.
- It’s far from all the famous places. You didn’t even feel like you’re in Cabo at all

- If you want to explore Cabo and eat authentic Mexican food, this will not be for you

My stay was absolutely amazing! Naomi took wonderful care of us, catering to our every need! Many times she anticipated the need even before asking, taking care of it in advance. The best concierge EVER! The entire resort staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. I would recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel itself is a musicians Paradise. You can rent up to 14 fender guitars brought to your room. You can place a hold on a vinyl record player the bands here and musicians are amazing and the music throughout the hotel is amazing.

We had an amazing server at Valentin at the buffet market restaurant. He was super delightful, kind and very sweet. We are here for our cousins wedding and he made sure we all had drinks and food always. Definitely a one of kind server. We stayed at Hard rock at the end of April and it was amazing! So many things stood out during our stay. The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. The people were amazing, everyone so nice and helpful. Depending on when you visit check the weather. For us it was very windy!! A light pullover is perfect to bring. Also, the wind made some pools just too chilly to enjoy, however we found a spot at the main pool most days and got lucky in a little corner with plenty of sun and minimal wind. Most stand out though was Sergio!!! He was our server at the pool and he was amazing!! We had a party of about 15 people and he went above and beyond the entire day making sure our drinks were never empty and we were never hungry. He knew what we needed before we asked, so amazing he is a keeper! Also, Mar, at the the concierge desk, amazing! I went to her before my sister arrived and let her know that she was getting married off site during our stay, she went above and beyond to make sure her room was special when we arrived. She even followed up with us 2 days later just to make sure everything went well and to check if we needed anything else. Thanks so much for an incredible stay!
