All bookings made through Hotel Resort Discounts are subject to the availability and pricing information provided by third-party hotel suppliers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information supplied by hotels or third-party providers.

Rates and Fees: Prices shown at the time of booking are final, subject to any applicable taxes and fees. Additional fees, such as resort fees or other local charges, may be payable directly to the hotel.
Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize us or the third-party provider to process the total amount displayed at booking, which may include taxes, service charges, and additional fees.

3. Confirmation of Booking

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your reservation. Please review this confirmation carefully and notify us of any discrepancies. We are not responsible for errors made during the booking process that result from incorrect information provided by the user or third-party systems.

Failure to Receive Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, contact customer service immediately.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

Each hotel has its own cancellation and amendment policies. Hotel Resort Discounts acts solely as an intermediary in facilitating your request but cannot guarantee the fulfillment of any cancellations or modifications by the hotel provider.

Modifications and Fees: Amendments to bookings may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. The ability to modify or cancel bookings is determined solely by the hotel or third-party provider.

5. Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to taxes, resort fees, or surcharges not included in the booking price. These additional charges will be payable directly to the hotel and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Hotel Resort Discounts acts solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel. We do not make any representations about the quality or suitability of accommodations provided by third-party hotels and accept no responsibility for any issues arising during your stay.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will Hotel Resort Discounts be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
Force Majeure: Hotel Resort Discounts shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

7. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in accordance with the hotel provider’s cancellation policies. Non-refundable bookings or those outside the cancellation window will not be eligible for refunds. Refunds are subject to processing fees or penalties as outlined by the third-party provider or hotel.

Refund Process: For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed by the third-party provider or hotel within the timeframe provided in their policies.

We respect your privacy and take data protection seriously.
