We love this resort. The location is beautiful and only a 2 hour nonstop flight from DFW. The food is outstanding and the service is top notch. Well worth the expense. You will be pampered beyond expectations, whether in the spa or by your personal butler, all included. Our concierge, Cesar, was amazing, always checking on us to ensure a great experience.
Cancun's resort affords a beautiful view and great beach front with ocean swimming. Cabo is great as well, especially in February when you can see the whales from the resort beach.

This is a great adults-only resort that will cater you to death. When you turn around, someone asks if you need anything. Many times, we were greeted by our names, which is a nice tough. Food and service at the three main restaurants was excellent. Evening entertainment was enjoyable. Their App is fantastic and provides you with a large amount of information (if you are familiar with cruise line apps, you understand). You can look at menus, see the entertainment schedule, make reservations and spa appointments. You can add resort events to your calendar. They do not spend time trying to nickel and dime you. We are planning to go back.
They do offer perks/credits if you attend the 90-minute membership pitch, but the one we attended was not high pressure. At the end of our stay, they offered a discount coupon for a future visit at great rates, which we plan to use, since we will be back!

This was our 3rd trip to Le Blanc Cancun, and it's better than ever. Quiet and peaceful is an understatement. The restaurants and buffet are always perfection, and very accommodating and full of options for those with gluten-free needs. Everyone that works there is a joy to be around (with extra special shoutouts to the women working the coffee shop every morning). Can't wait to come back again!
Undoubtedly the best Luxury Resort I have stayed at! EVERYTHING is perfection, from getting to the hotel through my stayed. The staff is super super friendly and attentive. Love the 5 minute message by the pool ( there is a lady who place a refreshed cold towel over your face, while giving an scalp message.

We went for an update meeting and spent the rest of the day at LeBlanc. Roger was amazing making sure our stay went beautiful. As well as the other Diamond Concierges. Leblanc has really really stepped up their service their food menus and the cleanliness of the property. It keep getting better and better every time we go. The service at this resort is what has us coming back every year. So impressed.
From the moment we arrived and were driven up the ramp to Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun, we knew we were going to have a special experience. The ambiance of this hotel is so relaxing with the elegant decor, soothing neutral colors (whites and beiges), and thoughtful touches such as refreshing scents, welcome drinks, heated neck pillows and flowers as soon as you enter the hotel. All of these things created an atmosphere of relaxation that immediately put us at ease after our long travel day.

Loving to watch the sun set, I prefer a lagoon facing room. Our room was absolutely breathtaking. It had a spacious layout. The bathroom had modern amenities, and a stunning ocean view from the shower. At night we would watch sunsets from our balcony. The room was the perfect place to unwind after a day of art, cooking, exercise or lounging by the pool and/or beach. The luxurious bedding, pillow menu, amenities (scent diffusers in each room), bath salts, soaps, mini bar and attention to detail made every night restful and rejuvenating.
There are five restaurant dining options for dinner at Le Blanc. We ate delicious meals in all of them. The chefs here are the best and go out of their way to make sure guests are happy with their meals. Having a food allergy, the staff at every restaurant ensured that I was eating food that wasn’t cross contaminated, which I am thankful for. The flavors at Yama make you feel like you are in Asia. The truffle fettuccine at Bella is phenomenal. The steaks are cooked perfectly to order at Blanc.Terraza is a more casual setting with amazing Mexican dishes and desserts in the evening and pizza for lunch. Lumière is a fine dining French experience that you should experience at least once during your stay.
The spa at Le Blanc is a true oasis for relaxation. We treated ourselves to a few massages and hydrotherapy circuit sessions. Who is going to say no to a scalp massage while lying on a hot stone?

If you’re looking for as close to paradise on earth…look no further than Le Blanc! The service is impeccable, the food is excellent and the setting simply could not be better. From the turquoise blue water of the Caribbean to the perfectly beige white Elsa’s beaches to the white, clean and spectacular environment that the good people at Le Blanc carefully construct to create bliss, balance and blessing is simply beyond any experience we’ve ever found and we’ve stayed in some of the nicest resorts it Hawaii and other spots in Mexico. You won’t find a better adults only all inclusive in the western hemisphere.
Google Palace Resort Memberships before making decisions to purchase memberships. Don’t purchase until you do! My wife and I have came 20+ times in the last 3 years. The last time we came we got a cold reception from our friends that work there. Only because they were instructed too by management Our friends told us management don’t want employees showing any type of attention to non members. We always generously tip our friends and spend just as much money as any member. We have spent over $200k US dollars the last couple years and referred multiple people and for management to tell our friends not to give us any attention because it makes members unhappy is disgustingly rude. I will never return and it’s sad that taking people's money to join a membership is more important than return guests. And if you go to any event and you see reserved seats, it’s fake! We were also told by employees it’s to make you feel like you have to purchase a membership to have the best seats. Just take the reserved seat because they put fake names on them. Last time we were there our room wasn’t clean.$1500 per night and no clean room, no towels after being gone all day is unacceptable no matter if you have incoming guests or not. Employees told us they only want members and not return guests. We were told this by 8 different people about management trying to make people feel as they have to pay four a membership before employees treat you like family. Sick! Once they figure out that your not ever going to one of the seminars to by a timeshare they don’t want you back. You lost a friend and great customer! You can thank yourselves being greedy.
This resort is truly outstanding. The food is exceptional, the rooms are stunning and impeccably clean. However, what truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a remarkable experience for their guests. A special thank you to David, Carlos, and Nancy at the buffet for their incredible service. Our butlers, Santiago and Luis, were also amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return!

The location of this resort is absolutely beautiful, I wish I could rave about the food, service, and experience this "luxury" resort offers. Upon arrival it took over an hour to get checked into our room, and even after they "checked to make sure the room was up to standard" there were problems that had to be fixed multiple times. Now lets talk about the food at the resort... I really can't think of one thing that I enjoyed. None of the food was seasoned, it all tasted very watered down and bland, the meat was tough and again UNSEASONED. The alcohol selection is okay, nothing special or worth the price you are paying to stay here. We ended up exploring outside of the resort to find food because we literally could not eat what they were serving. The room service is not good. The whole experience reminded us on being on a bad cruise and you just can't wait to get off the ship lol. My friend booked a spa treatment before we arrived in Cancun and they could not locate her reservation for the spa so she made one at the resort, later they called and told her they were charging her for missing her appointment they said she didn't have!!!! When we went to check out they lost our bags and it took 25 min to find them. I really would NOT recommend this resort!!!!
Just arrived home from this resort & man am I happy to have some decent food. My friend and I barely ate during our stay because it was that disgusting. There was absolutely no flavor with any of the food. The fruit even tasted weird. Everything tasted stale. This place was 1500 for one night & didn’t even serve coronas. It reminded me of a cheap cruise. I’d pay less than 500 a night for what we had. We waited over an hour to be checked in, had multiple issues with our room. The butlers were nice, but that’s about it. If I’m paying a premium for a “luxury” all inclusive- I’m honestly expecting that luxury in the accommodation. I’ve stayed at Grand Velas properties and they blew me away for all inclusive. Definitely save your money if you enjoy eating good food.
