We work directly with hotels & trusted wholesale suppliers who give us access to discounted rates not available to the general public. These rates are often offered in bulk to travel agencies like ours, allowing us to pass the savings on to you.

No, we can secure you a very competitive quote to Hotel Xcaret Mexico, without the need to attend any presentation.

Upon landing at the Cancun international airport, and getting your luggage, you’ll be greeted with purple signs to Xcaret, in which you’ll be asked to sign-in, and wait for a few other travelers heading to the resort. You’ll then be invited to board the air conditioned bus that takes you to Hotel Xcaret Mexico.

The bus ride from the airport to the resort takes about 50 minutes. The bus itself has outlets to charge your phone, laptop, and other electronic devices. Once you get to the actual resort, you’ll be asked to go straight to the check-in line, and avoid the luggage traveling on the bottom of the bus, you’ll get this luggage, once you’re actually in your suite.

Once you’re in the check-in line, you’ll wait your turn to check in. Once it’s your turn at the registration counter, you’ll be given the option to upgrade your room(if available) at a discounted rate. You’ll also be assigned a concierge that will lead you through the hotel, to your room.

Once you’re in your hotel suite, your concierge will go over some valuable information with you in regards to the resort, and help answer any questions you may have. They’ll also help you plan an itinerary to get the best out of your visit. By this time, you should also be receiving the rest of your luggage, that was traveling with you on the bottom of the bus, from the airport ride.

The resort has over ten restaurants, most of which are free, with only one or two being paid. Since these are very popular all inclusive restaurants, they are always busy, so seating might be very limited, depending on the time of the year that you’re visiting. It’s strongly recommended to speak with your concierge to see if they can book you a reservation at any of the restaurants you want to try. Another alternative would be to enter “El Mercado”, which is a buffet style restaurant with plenty of delicious food and drinks.

Aside from great restaurants, the resort also includes free tours to experience the natural wonders of the region, such as Cenotes (natural underground caves with water), and taking tours to ancient Mayan ruins such as Cobal and Chichenitza.

In addition, the best thing about staying at Hotel Xcaret Mexico is that you have access to all of their adventure parks for free. These adventure parks, put Disneyland and Universal Studios to shame when it comes to fun and entertainment for the family. You’ll find everything from riding ATV’s and zip-lining through the jungle, to snorkeling and relaxing in the ocean. Most of these theme parks have all inclusive buffets included, and the food is without a doubt world class. You’ll find something for everyone.

While you’re there it is strongly recommended to go see the Hotel Xcaret Espectacular Show (which is also included with your stay at the resort). It’s a world class show that shares the overall story of Mexico, but it’s done in a very spectacular way. You’ll absolutely enjoy the show, which is about two hours long. Afterwards, just take the nice 10 minute boat ride, back to the resort.

The checkout process could take a while, so make sure you plan accordingly. Once you’re ready to check out of the hotel, you’ll first want to go to the registration counter where you had originally checked in, and sign the checkout document, this is in case you have any pending debts. Once you check out, you should be able to return to your room to pick up your luggage, and then board a bus to the airport. Make sure you inform yourself of the times the bus goes to and from the airport, so you don’t potentially miss your flight.

You’ll board the bus that heads back to the airport, where you’ll thank the Bus driver, and make your way through the airport gates, and head to your airline check in counter, and proceed with the rest of your trip.

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation at Xcaret! We had the junior suite and our butlers were amazing! Andrea, Christopher, and Brandon were so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this service if you can get it. The water parks were clean and organized. The food at every restaurant was delicious, which is rare for an all inclusive. Lots of vegetarian options. Menus have vegan options as well. All bathrooms were so clean. Xcaret is great for kids age 2-16. The kids club was so fun for our kids and they wanted to go back!
Jordan our driver (private) was friendly and gave us great advice on where to eat and what to do.

The check in process was tedious, esp after a long travel day.
I recommend reserving restaurants prior to coming as things fill up very quickly. We reserved Fuego and they didn’t tell us this was not included until we got there. Luis at Fuego was great! He helped us navigate the menu and wine list.
Additionally, we had reservations (party of 12) at Cuevas. They told us they couldn’t accommodate 12 and had to split us up. It was tough as we had 6 kids. We would’ve liked to know ahead of time if this was the case.

Overall, great time and will definitely come back!

We recently returned from this hotel with three teenagers and three adults in two rooms and I cannot imagine a better resort. Everything is so clean, the food is great, service is amazing and there is never ending things to do. There are so many pools and beaches that it never feels crowded. I recommend booking some restaurants and parks/tour ahead of arrival but having a resort day the first day you are there to get oriented. Download the app for the map and info. The sofa bed wasn't bad and I had no problem sleeping on it all week. Bring watershoes and a light packable towel if you are going to tours/parks. This would be a great resort for young kids, lots of different waterslides and protected coves for beach swimming and sandcastles.

Stayed 1/12 - 1/19 in Mexico 1. This hotel was beautiful. The grounds are very clean and impeccably maintained. The theming and detail into the design of all was outstanding. We had dinner at 4 restaurants and all was very delicious and high quality. Cleaning came almost twice a day to tidy up and restock water and other beverages. The water slides were really fast and fun.

I would say check in was a bit of a debacle. They had 7 people checking guests in and it still look like 45 minutes to get through the line which was really annoying after an early and long flight.

My only other comment would be on reservations for dinner. I consistently made 4 reservations to include our whole family. Many days, my girls were tired from the parks and just wanted to order room service off the TV. If you all don't show up, they charge you $25 a person. If you aren't aware of this, it could get costly. I also thought it was a silly money grab.

If you avoid the lobby, you can avoid the aggressive sales pitch. I didn't encounter it at all until the last day when we were checking out. We won't be coming back because lets face it... the world is a huge place and there are so many cities and cultures to explore. However, if we were the type that repeated a vacation, this would be on the list.

Overall, it was fantastic - beautiful and clean with top notch service.

We just came back from X caret. The resort is beautiful, lots of trees nice architecture. It is huge. You will be sure to get lost a few times but as you spend more time, you get the hang of it. Staff is helpful. Most are very friendly aside from a few that don’t smile and have a little attitude especially at the ice cream bar. If you’re working there especially with a lot of kids that will go, smile.

Excursions were well organized. Buses were on time- that was great.

Food- could have been better. Especially for a luxury resort we were a little disappointed. It’s not bad. But it’s not great either. Could have had a little more variety at the buffet with different foods. Breakfast was our favourite.
All in all would recommend but they do need to pay more attention to elevating the food.

This was an extremely disappointing stay at a hotel that claims to offer a luxury experience. While Hotel Xcaret México is large and visually impressive, appearance alone cannot compensate for serious operational failures.

Our stay was completely ruined by a cockroach infestation in the room, something absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. This is not a minor inconvenience—it is a basic hygiene failure that should never occur at a resort of this level.
After requesting a room change, the situation only worsened.

The new room had issues with the smoke detection system, forcing staff to enter the room to replace it and interrupt our rest. Being moved once should have solved the problem, not created another one.

What makes this experience truly unacceptable is the hotel’s complete lack of interest in compensating guests when serious problems occur. Offering a room change “at no extra cost” is not compensation—it is simply the hotel correcting its own mistake. Beyond that, there was no effort whatsoever to acknowledge the inconvenience, take responsibility, or restore the guest experience.

The message was clear: once the problem happens, guest satisfaction is no longer a priority.
In summary, despite its impressive design, this hotel fails at the basics: cleanliness, room readiness, and guest care when things go wrong.

For the price paid, this experience was far below what is promised, and we would not recommend this hotel to travelers expecting true luxury or accountability

We had a fabulous stay. The hotel grounds are an incredible fusion of nature and landscape architecture that make it really magical to explore. The food offerings are diverse and good, and the many parks and excursions make this trip as exciting or as relaxing as you want.

The service is generally enthusiastic and warm (and with surprisingly good English, for those of us who don't speak Spanish). That said, the concierge and housekeeping service can require patience at times, and the bus system sorely needs to be rationalized to reduce waits and unnecessarily efficient routes--but this is manageable.

Wanted to give a special shoutout and thanks to our waiter, Reyes, who provided a level of service that really elevated our experience at Azul Nogada. He shared his knowledge, made us feel so welcome, and was generally just a step above expectations.

One of the most attractive all inclusive resorts I have stayed at in Mexico. Feels a little bit like they want to be a Mexican disneyland. It is maze of hotel buildigs, pools, restaurants, grean areas, water slides, lagoons, suspension bridges. Architecture is stunning. There are so many vistas, walkways, nooks and crannys to explore. Food was very good as well. Worth staying in the new part of the hotel where they have some neat water slides for kids. All of it costs a pretty penny though and they kind of have control of you because there are no ubers to go to other hotels and you are out in the middle of nowhere. Hoenstly we enjoyed the hotel more than the Xcaret park.

The property is VAST. You could stay at the hotel grounds for weeks and still find new things to explore. It is also designed in such a way that you feel lost at first, but as your stay progresses, you become more entranced in the beauty. I love how every part of the hotel is different, but there are threads that pull the whole thing together. I loved just going for walks (especially up the chapel) and looking out over the whole area. I cannot understate how beautiful Hotel Xcaret México is.

That being said, the service was HIGHLY lackluster, bordering on completely inadequate. We waited in line for probably an hour to get checked in. The whole check-in process takes about 15 minutes per person for something that should take 5 minutes max. The staff are friendly but I just don't understand how their system can be so slow, especially with hundreds of people arriving each day. If you pick up the phone in your room and call, don't expect to be answered before waiting for 7+ minutes while the phone is just ringing, if the phone is answered at all. You might find it faster to walk to the lobby, wait in the hours-long line, and ask someone for an extra towel. The staff could've been much more on top of replenishing our room's water, since the tap water is not drinkable in Mexico.

We really enjoyed the food, but many of the restaurants seem to prefer the aesthetic of the plate rather than the taste of the food. Restaurants are rarely child/vegetarian friendly.

Overall, if you don't mind the service and food hiccups, Hotel Xcaret México is a beautiful place to stay and you will not be lost for things to do and experiences to have. No matter what they tell you before coming, I would highly recommend making reservations for food and experiences, as it was almost impossible to get seated at restaurants, especially at Christmastime, without reservations.

We recently stayed at Resort Xcaret Mexico. The grounds are stunning, we had a pool swim up room, then switched to jump river suite. One of my issues was the beach area, they only have lounge chairs/umbrellas for Arte, you cannot get drinks from the bar either. The sun is very hot, it’s hard to enjoy the beautiful beach with no umbrella. There was a lot of confusion at Concierge, I had booked the catamaran to Isla Mujeres, I paid over $590, concierge gave me the wrong time to be at La Xentral. We missed the trip and did not receive a refund. Before heading out do your homework, make sure to make reservations at the restaurants. El Mercado has good service and a good selection of food.

Hotel Xcaret Arte is beautifully designed and the service and food were excellent. Everywhere you turn, there is beautiful art and thoughtfully designed spaces. The service was excellent and the food was incredible. I really don't have anything negative to say. One of the faucets in our bathroom sink began to drip but they came and fixed it right away. There was one time at check in where they offered us to join a time share breakfast but we politely declined and they never said anything else again. The Hibachi experience was my favorite. We were not able to get a reservation at Encanta but they told us to show up right when they open and ask if they can fit us in and they were able to do that. The nightly shows at the Forum were so entertaining! There were not very many people that watched them but I found them to be wonderful and enjoyed them very much! Nothing was ever too crowded, the pools were beautiful (so many to choose from!) and the beach was gorgeous. All of the service staff were kind and helpful or if they didn't understand you, they quickly went and got someone who could help. If you are looking for a beautifully decorated all inclusive resort with excellent service, book this place and don't even worry about it!
