Roberto and Ernesto have made our stay so wonderful. Everything that we could have imagined needing, They were always a step ahead of us. Whether it was for scheduling us dinner to finding us a chair around the pool to bringing us stuff to the room . Every question that we had they were always on top of the answer for us. I cannot imagine our stay without them. We will be returning this time next year and we will definitely ask for them. Anyone that has them for assistance will have the most wonderful stay that is imaginable. Over the time of the say, they ended up being more of special friends and family to us than someone who is assisting us with our stay. I look forward to coming back many more times and and seeing them.
We had an incredible stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun! From start to finish, the service was top-notch — the staff was always helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The entertainment for kids was fantastic and kept our little ones engaged and happy throughout the trip, which made it even more enjoyable for us as parents. The food was delicious with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s taste, and the beach was simply stunning — clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing or playing in the waves. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation!
Beautiful place! We stayed for about 9 days. Only about a 15 min ride from the airport! Very close to the mall and to the convenience store. Service from the cleaning staff, the poolside staff and restaurant staff were amazing! The staff are so kind here! Shoutout to Victoria and Chac!! The food was 9/10, our room was very neat and tidy when we came in. The only sucky part was that our hot tub that was in the room, the jets did not work. When we arrived and after checking in, we were able to get into our room. The bartender Emmanuel was the best bartender ever , he was always so kind to me and my partner. Making us super yummy drinks and surprising us with the best cocktails ever. Frida, the buffet, was far the best buffet I've ever had!******TIPS: BE CAREFUL around the staff members that are wearing a gray shirt that says "Legendary". They target new comers like myself and my partner. We had a guy named Javier, come up to us and was tryna sell us things on our first day and try to convince us to become a member there = wanted more money from us!💸They have excursions available there and IF you want to see and interact with the dolphins go to the mall and pay there in person instead of paying through the hotel. At the hotel it's about 250+ per person and at the actual place it's $100 cheaper!
Absolutely incredible entertainment team! Chris, Ilene, Edu, Angie, Danny, and Omar made our day unforgettable by getting me to join the relay game in the pool—something I never thought I’d do! Their energy was contagious, their encouragement genuine, and they made everyone feel welcome and excited to participate. They turned a simple poolside afternoon into one of the most fun and memorable parts of the trip. Huge thanks to this amazing crew for their enthusiasm, creativity, and the laughs we shared. Entertainment was unbelievable Christopher, Deni, and Fernando were just incredible - so kind to make sure we felt included- THEIR energy was contagious !!!! Loved Fernando at the theater every night!! Just so much fun! Highly recommend. For poolside drinks Jesus is the best waiter and angel the bartender are amazing!!When you eat inside, ask to sit in Noel’s section!! He is fantastic!!
Kevoy and Ernesto were the best butlers ever! Always gives us amazing service every year we are here and such personalized experiences! Tony and Juan were also amazing while serving our family’s dinner out in the isla Coldplay deck! Such a delicious meal! I had an unforgettable stay at the Hard Rock in Cancun! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Carlos and Gray at the Toro breakfast were so sweet and made our mornings delightful. The bartenders at the main bar by the pool were always attentive, ensuring our drinks were flowing. Hector from security was friendly and made us feel safe while enjoying the pool and beach area. Blanca in vacation planning was incredibly helpful in organizing our activities.A highlight was the talented guitarist who played during lunchtime by the pool, creating a wonderful atmosphere as we enjoyed our meals. The housekeeping services were top-notch; I never had to wait for a room tidy-up, and room service was impressively fast. The evening shows were simply amazing, adding a vibrant atmosphere to our nights. I also loved my service at the spa, although I wish there was a pool or hot tub area to relax in afterward. The only downside was the time-share sales pitch, but they respected my decision when I declined.Overall, the service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the staff truly made this resort shine. I would highly recommend the Hard Rock in Cancun for an unforgettable getaway!Checking out now and don’t want to leave!

The fun never stops thanks to them!Willy by the pool also a great help every day helping us find seats, towels, and umbrellas!Ariel and Roger at Frida restaurant always took great care of us at every meal (as did all the rest of the staff) and made us feel like family.We loved everything about the resort, but it’s the people who truly make the experience.Nothing compares to that Mexican hospitality. The resort was nice, but the vacation planners totally dropped the ball. My family emailed for months to set up a birthday package on my birthday, but when we got there, they said there was nothing available despite our prior booking.

I don't think it's worth what it costs, old hotel, rooms with a musty smell (of a person), the jacuzzi had a bad smell. The hot water from the shower never comes out really hot. Terrible management in the restaurants, you have to wait literally hours to be assigned a table since there are no reservations, it is as they arrive and they manage to serve you. Some, most of the staff are not very friendly or helpful, I understand that it is high season and they are full but they must be trained to handle frustration. Diana, Ailine, Jordi and Kevin rescue the evening's event, setting the mood. Cristina at the check-in was great, she supported me a lot to speed it up since she was trained and they closed the windows when it was my turn, she helped me to be able to check in.
Day one, yesterday, the hotel is quite old and run down, the room is not functional with children and is quite ugly. We went out to dinner and they didn't serve us, they reluctantly told us that there was no more space, we had to go out to dinner. The weather freezes, we asked for it to be repaired, they came and they didn't, we slept badly, this morning they woke us up (after sleeping badly thanks to the weather) to offer room service, later we discovered that the call is because they can't cope the restaurant, long line, not enough food for everyone, literally no service…. AgainDay two: we left the hotel all day, we arrived at 8 to listen to kareoke?? It can be heard super loud throughout the hotel!! Someone thought it's a good idea to have someone out of tune sing at the top of their lungs so the hotel can hear it!!Now if I must admit one thing about the hotel, alcohol is abundant here, and I suppose this helps many forget how bad the rest is! In other words, there is not always food, but alcohol is never lacking!! Today the waiting time at the Italian restaurant was 40 minutes. and in the one called bull 1 hour!! This should not be a family hotel…Conclusion the hotel is run down, old and dirty, and offers all inclusive that it does not have the capacity to fulfill, if your idea of vacation is to have a drink all day and do nothing else, this is the place, but be carefulTHIS IS NOT A HOTEL FOR CHILDREN!! They are going to sell you a family room and say that it is, but nothing is further from the concept of a family hotel.

Excellent entertainment from the kids: Sam, Kevin, Pau, Diana, Eliseo, Rebeca, Ailyn and Omar from the hotel. They have very good energy, and they always manage to make you laugh and make you have a good time.
3rd floor staff is amazing! Nestor, Oscar, Jesus Principe, Emily and Ely made us feel like family. They went above and beyond for us and our lunches! Everything was excellent!!!!!!! They are excellent!!!!!!

Margarita and Omar Alejandro provided the best service!!! All of the wait staff were attentive but these two made it seem like we were the only group at the bar all 5 nights. I have not experienced that level of service anywhere. We had a large group and we even moved to a secluded table outside and they followed us out there, checking on us even more than we needed them to. I’ve been to one other all inclusive in Cancun and this one had WAY more activities and shows, although the food was hit or miss.

Li was the BEST bartender!! He was attentive, fun and very knowledgeable of his drinks. I kept going back to him every day at the Dive Bar. Wily and Edwin were the best pool men! They always took care of us. I made sure to tip them heavily. They both deserve a raise. They always made sure we had the best pool chairs! I truly appreciated their customer service! Gold stars all around !!
Samantha with the pool activities team really made the trip special for our daughter ❤️. Samantha encouraged our daughter to participate in so many activities and as a result she had the BEST vacation. The entire pool team does a fabulous job! Samantha also was incredibly kind and gracious to our daughter when it came time to say “see you again”.Additionally , the unbelievably energetic and outgoing entertainment team really does make your trip fantastic! We loved the time with Eliseo, Paulina and Omar - so much fun! This team went out of their way to make our daughter (who joined as many activities as possible!) feel special.
