We’ll confirm by October 10, 2025 whether the group trip is moving forward. If confirmed, you’ll receive booking instructions that same week.
If the trip is confirmed, you’ll have until October 17, 2025 to reserve your room and make payment. After that, we’ll close reservations and release any unclaimed spots.
Yes. Hotel Xcaret Mexico requires a $200 USD refundable deposit per stay, collected at check-in. It will be released after check-out as long as there are no damages or extra charges.
Because this is a group trip with limited spots, reservations are non-refundable once booked. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel for personal reasons.
If the trip is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund.
Yes! Each guest gets their own room, but you can request to share with a partner. If so, we’ll apply a shared-room discount when the booking link is sent out.
This trip is for adults only. Hotel Xcaret Mexico does welcome families, but to keep things simple and relaxed, our group experience is designed just for adults.
