Yes, this trip is for adults only (18+). It’s designed to be a relaxing, social getaway for grown-ups who want to enjoy good food, good company, and a laid-back atmosphere. No kids or teens on this one!

Yes! You’re welcome to bring one friend or partner. Just let us know in your interest form. Pricing is per person based on single occupancy, but if you’d like to share a room, we’ll do our best to offer adjusted pricing depending on hotel availability.

Not at all. This is meant to be a fun, low-pressure getaway. We’ll have a casual welcome meet-up and optional foodie activities — like a mezcal tasting or cooking demo — but most of your time is yours to relax, explore, or do nothing at all.

The price will range from $1,350 to $1,950 USD per person, depending on whether you’re staying solo or sharing a room with a partner. Rooms are private by default, but if you’re traveling as a couple and choose to share, a discounted rate may apply. Final pricing and payment details will be sent out with the booking link on September 13, 2025.

We’ll confirm by Tuesday, September 13, 2025 whether the trip is moving forward. If we’ve met the minimum interest by then, we’ll send out booking links with full details. If not, we’ll notify everyone by email and give early access to our next hosted trip.

If we don’t reach the minimum number of sign-ups by September 10, 2025, the October trip will be postponed. You’ll receive an email update and get early access to our next planned group trip. No payment is required unless the trip is confirmed.

We’ll confirm whether the trip is moving forward by September 13, 2025. If confirmed, booking links will be sent out the same week. You’ll have until September 17, 2025 to complete your reservation and make payment. After that, any remaining spots may be released.

Yes. AVA Resort Cancun requires a $100 USD deposit per night, collected at check-in. This is a hold placed on your credit or debit card for incidentals and will be refunded after check-out if there are no charges.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance after your booking is confirmed. It can help protect you against cancellations, delays, or emergencies during the trip. You’re free to use any provider — just make sure the policy covers international travel and your dates.

If you or someone in your group needs wheelchair access or mobility assistance, please let us know in your form. We’ll check with the resort and transportation providers to confirm what accommodations are available and follow up with you directly.
