There will also be plenty of time to enjoy the resort at your own pace — whether that means relaxing by the pools, walking along the beach, visiting the spa, or simply taking in the ocean views that make this part of the coast so special.

Trip pricing includes:
• Hotel accommodations for the duration of the trip
• Access to the hosted retreat, group experience, or planned programming associated with the trip
• Resort inclusions based on the hotel’s plan, such as meals, beverages, and amenities for all-inclusive resorts
• Round-trip airport transportation between the designated airport and the resort for registered participants
• Trip coordination, registration systems, payment administration, and participant communications managed by Hotel Resort Discounts LLC

Joining a trip typically involves three steps:
Complete the registration form on the trip page
Submit the required deposit to secure your reservation
Follow the payment schedule provided after registration
Once final payment is completed, participants receive access to the Trip Dashboard, which contains itinerary details, trip updates, and coordination information.
Each trip requires a minimum number of booked rooms with paid deposits in order to proceed.
Once this requirement is satisfied, Hotel Resort Discounts LLC issues written Trip Confirmation to all registered participants.
Participants should not book airfare until written Trip Confirmation has been issued.
If the required minimum number of booked rooms is not reached by the Trip Cutoff Date, the Agency may cancel the trip.
In that case, all payments made directly to Hotel Resort Discounts LLC will be refunded in full.
Refunds apply only to payments made to the Agency and do not cover airfare, travel insurance, excursions, or other third-party services booked independently by the participant.
Each trip has a Trip Cutoff Date, which is the deadline by which room commitments must be finalized with the hotel or resort.
After the Trip Cutoff Date:
• reservations become financially binding
• supplier commitments are finalized
• payments generally become non-refundable

Cancellation terms depend on when the cancellation occurs relative to the Trip Cutoff Date.
In most cases:
• cancellations made before the Trip Cutoff Date may receive a refund minus an administrative fee of 18%.
